We were at the McDrive, where everyone was very friendly, easy to understand and it was quick. It should always be like this. Gladly again.

Long waiting time, wrong toys in the happy meal and no fruit puree. Unfriendly when swapping. In the Frappe there were only 2 ice blocks, no crushed ice.

The terminal does not work you cannot redeem any cupongs correctly at the terminal with the app, probably made on purpose so that you cannot redeem copongs total waste of time driving there 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 So if you want to eat there once, you should forget about the fun and a great order process Kurtzer attachment my friend bought nuggets there, unfortunately they also taste like old fat / oil (but they are warm)

Seldom had such a nice service. Was in the drive-in. The loudspeaker and staff member were very easy to understand, the order is clearly visible on the screen and the food was really very fresh and the order was complete. And the fries in the bag weren't simply clapped in, but neatly packed. I would love to come back!

Unfortunately only 1 star! The lady at the entrance, who goes through as a watchdog, asked that we write down our data and keep our distance because of the virus, but after we got our order, we wanted to go to a table somewhere but unfortunately almost ALL tables were dirty! Toilet is unreasonable and dirty. The apple pocket already tasted tough and old. Here the question arises: Why can't you start with Corona - Security with hygiene and cleanliness ??? I have to say that I had to give my very first negative review here today!

In the entrance area, unfortunately, a mute foreign employee cannot speak a word of German, who couldn't help you because of the corona registration. Otherwise everything is fine

Terrible what this crown is doing to us. They have complicated it so much that by the time you receive your order, your will to eat and drink will pass.

I have already seen a few restaurants from the inside, even during the Corona crisis, but this was the first restaurant where I was forced to order from the electronic friend instead of face to face as usual and requested by me. The trash cans overflow the car to the brim with trays lying around everywhere. Very inviting and really pleasant to dine in such an atmosphere. Now I have finished eating and I feel the human need to relieve myself a little and I went to the toilet. When I arrived there, I unfortunately found that it didn't look any different there than in the whole shop. It smelled like one of the last shabby train station toilets at Frankfurt Central Station. This toilet was actually the crucial point for this recession, because it brought my food back so you might get something out of it or you can go right before you eat then you can save the money. A grief game for such a beautifully designed restaurant. Briefly something positive, the food reached our table in a friendly, quick and warm manner. For this reason I give the 2 stars. Conclusion MC D. at this location, never again.

When do you have a good nerve, can she eat here, when not ... Just keep walking! The employee is not friendly ... Can find other work where work with animals. Nothing at all fits me what happened here. See you Nunca jamás!

We actually wanted to have breakfast here, but there was no typical McDonalds breakfast, only 3 different mcmuffin burgers. The toilets stunk so badly that one went hungry. Something urgently needs to be done about this. We're going to the next McDonald's.

We visited the restaurant today with the whole family. We had to leave our personal data at the entrance. The employee who had instructed us to order at the terminal smelled unpleasant. The few tables that were still available for use were not cleaned after use and I want to forget about the toilets very quickly. No distance regulation helps anymore ... the dishes were fine as usual.

We've been back to Mci every now and then lately. In no branch have I seen the currently applicable hygiene requirements implemented so strictly. Strictly but always friendly. Food was quick and tastes like always :-)

So that was the sheer anti-experience. Cold burger, unsalted French fries, the rest of the food carelessly prepared. Dirty without end. Feels like 5 minutes before the end of the world. You definitely need the masks to withstand the stench in the toilet.

It couldn't be worse. It is certainly important to record the contact details in times of Corona. But if this happens with a ballpoint pen that is barely legible and not disinfected, you can leave it. Every second available table is dirty, toilets unclean. The hygiene concept in this restaurant should urgently be revised.

They force you a breakfast menu when you go before 11:30 on a weekend. However you do it, you will be paying more money than with the normal menus, obtaining less amount of food and forcing you a reduced choice. I will not visit McDonald's which have this policy.
